~ Life is “Jack of all trades” ~

Neither hubby nor I have been able to secure a full-time job (we would prefer that be hubby but sometimes you just can’t be picky) so we are apparently going in to the business of “Jack of All Trades”. *grin*

Here is a list of things we are doing to bring (even a little) income (or items) in for our family:

working at the local library
Marketing Assistant (p/t from home)
Product reviewer
Worms seller (and castings, etc)
Bunny breeders
Church building cleaners
Teacher sub
Tutor
Bunny hutch builder
Whelping box builder
Re-purposer

I think that is it…at least for now. *grin* At least we won’t get bored doing the same thing over and over. *grin*

Have a wonderfully blessed day!

🙂 Hi Dawn ~~ Good morning. It seems things are still all mixed up. Our daughter is the breadwinner with SIL being a stay-at-home dad. There is a four-to-be-in-July granddaughter and another turned 16. SIL has his hands full but does pretty good. He is not allowed to work by British immigration laws so is on a spousal visa while Karen has the job there.

Oh yes, those pats. None have ever been inappropriate. They are the kind I use when patting, sometimes a light hug too, an older person, say in his or her eighties (that will be me in October).

Best wishes on a school even if somewhere else. Moving is hard though, especially if away from family ties. Like our daughter had to do with her work. She was fortunate to be able to work and have a job. The SIL’s was sent to India.

Maybe you can advertise some of your services on craigslist or consider selling some of your re-purposed items on e-bay or etsy. Best of luck to you and your husband!

It pays to keep busy. Maybe not cash, but….

That is a good way of looking at it. I get to be a homemaker each summer, without pay, but this is the first time in 26 years of doing speech therapy in the schools that I don’t know where I will be working in the fall. I empathize.
