A friend, Sharon ~ over at The Legacy of Home, has decided to begin a four week fitness program to run the month of December called “Kick Start Fitness” and I have decided to join her and eight other bloggers in this endeavor. We will chart our progress each week and share our accomplishments each Friday.
Well, to say I’ve failed this past week would be a major understatement. I’ve been trying to find a part-time job for quite some time now and we are just hitting brick walls everywhere. This causes stress, which in turn causes me to EAT (the sweeter the better). Eating healthier and exercising more is on my radar for 2012 but I’m not sure yet how I will incorporate it in to my life.
On a good note – the weather here has been wonderful (we even got snow one day!) so I’ve been out moving around so this part was a success.
