I had the opportunity to review Bedtime Bible Stories which is a really neat book geared toward toddlers and young children. The stories are told over about 25 pages which sounds like a lot but it really goes quickly. And surprisingly, the stories are fairly detailed. The illustrations are really neat too!

There are ten stories:

Noah and the Ark Full of Animals
Joseph and the Pharaoh of Egypt
The Boy in the Basket (Moses)
The Boy Who Listened to God (Eli)
The Shepherd Boy and His Sling (David)
Lost and Found (young Jesus)
Jesus Helps a Sad Father (Jairus’ daughter)
The Stranger Who Helped (the good Samaritan)
The Son Who Came Back (the Prodigal Son)
The Boy Who Shared His Lunch (loaves & fishes)

A fun thing is that each story ends with a question and a prayer that are very simple / appropriate for the young ones.

We really enjoyed this little book with it’s stories and pictures! The only thing I didn’t really like is the only place you will find any Scripture references is on the very last page.

Have a wonderfully blessed day!

Disclosure: I received a copy of this book from Kregel in exchange for my honest review. No compensation was received. All opinions are my own.
