A friend, Sharon ~ over at The Legacy of Home, has decided to begin a four week fitness program to run the month of December called “Kick Start Fitness” and I have decided to join her and eight other bloggers in this endeavor. We will chart our progress each week and share our accomplishments each Friday. So…I’ll be “inter-mixing” Management Monday with Kick-Start Fitness for the next four weeks.
My goals for this week:
- Since the weather is getting “icky” and I am a baby who will use any excuse possible – I am going to commit to doing my “Walk Away the Pounds” video three times this week (“Get Up & Get Started”).
- Drink at least four cups of water each day.
- Eat 2000 calories or less each day. (Keeping track of this really helps me SEE what I am putting in my body.)
- Nothing to eat after 8pm.
- In bed by 10:30pm.
