Today is day one of changing our lifestyle and starting to lose some of this weight I have gained. You can read more about that on my post from a couple months ago (Getting Serious About Weight Loss).
I’ve heard a lot lately about how “Monday sets the tone for the week” so…each Monday I will check in sharing my *SPECIFIC* goals for the week, and I will share my progress from the previous week.

My goals for this week:
1) One dessert each day
2) Drink 4 glasses of water each day
3) No “bed-time snacks” after 8pm
4) Be in bed no later than 10:30pm each night [I do believe LACK of sleep has been a large contributor]
5) I plan to count calories as it will help me to SEE what I am really eating…goal is 2000 calories a day.
6) PRAY PRAY PRAY PRAY
I think this is good to start…I don’t want to put too much on my plate (pun intended!) and make it so I cannot accomplish my goals. My thoughts are to “start small” and SUCCEED therefore feeling good about this process. As accomplishments are made…things increase.
