I NEVER thought I would hear these words come out of my mouth…and definitely not something I would mean to say! WOW! I think I’m in shock! :) But, besides that, I am menu planning – and honestly having kind of a difficult time of it. Buttttt…I’m going to try! So, here we go. My first thought is to try something with a “daily plan” then work from there so…
Tuesdays: “Denny’s Breakfast” = pancakes, eggs and bacon or sausage
Wednesdays: Bread item (like crescents, biscuits, etc)
Fridays: Needs to be quick & easy (or already made)
Saturdays: Needs to be quick & easy (or already made)
Sundays: Oatmeal / Granola
Mondays: Pasta / Chicken
Tuesdays: Taco type / Beef
Wednesdays: we eat at meeting and it’s provided by my mil – YAY!
So, for this week, using the above thoughts…
Breakfast: “Denny’s Breakfast” (which means pancakes, bacon, eggs)
Supper: Meatball Hash Brown Bake
Breakfast: Jelly toast
Supper: (MIL out of town so need to plan something) Pizza Quesadillas
Breakfast: crescent rolls
Supper: Crock pot meat, potato, carrot
Breakfast: Grab Whatever :)
Breakfast: Baked Oatmeal (from Azure Standard cookbook, pg 66)
